I am Sorry to contact you on what is obviously work email, but did not know where else to send this. I received information via an investigator that it was your family that adopted my daughter 25 years ago. I know that the policy is to never contact, I initiated that my self, but I waited until well after her 18th birthday to reach out and would like to open the channels of communication. I would like to have contact with my Daughter, who was named Brianna Ashley Scales when I gave her up in November 1990. As my investigator let me know, that is no longer the case.
